  • Hourly Rate: $100

  • Billing Increments: 15 minutes
    •      Monthly Billing fees Our fees are based on a tiering system, allowing for one monthly billing invoice. No matter how many times you send in files, the monthly fee remains consistent.

    If reversals, replacements, or corrections are required based on your billing input, our additional fees are as follows:

  • Hourly Rate: $60 per hour for Single Entry Claims and TPL Claims

    • Please note, if any errors occur due to our team, we will handle the necessary corrections at no additional cost to you.

    We analyze volume for the tiering every 3 months and adjust quarterly as needed.         Abuse and Neglect Training Files Providing Abuse and Neglect training for your staff? We can manage the billing for you. We will supply a template for you to list your staff and members, and handle the rest.

    We also offer the service of uploading your progress reports as needed.
